Catholic teaching on the "last things" – heaven, hell, death, and judgment – as well as the Second Coming of Christ are essential tenets of our faith. But these truths have fallen out of fashion. And the consequences could not be more devastating.

As Ralph Martin expertly exposes in The Coming Judgment, our eternal fate is at risk when we neglect to study God's revelation on judgment. Seeking to revive Catholic preaching and teaching on these matters of mercy, Martin compiles an astounding breadth of biblical evidence to remind us what Jesus really taught.

The Coming Judgment, which surveys both the Old and New Testaments and other Catholic sources, frames our earthly decisions in light of their eternal consequences. We cannot abandon the Gospel message. The Coming Judgment powerfully amplifies it.
