As we go through life, each day presents us with challenges that will shape us according to the way we manage them. The living Word of God gives us light for every situation in our life. This Word is an essential part of our survival kit. It is the Word we can utterly count on as true and a rock on which to build our lives, securely.

There are four main sections to help get you through the rest of your life in good nick:

  • Everyday Challenges - daily opportunities to let the living word of God transform minds and attitudes.
  • Making Connections - praying our thoughts and feelings: bringing them to God and being open to others. None of us can make it on our own.
  • In a nutshell - summary of the main elements of faith – THE most valuable part of any survival kit.
  • Thoughts and Memoirs - space to personalise memories of friends and events
