Daily Prayer provides a thoughtful order of prayer for each day, allowing you to spend time reflecting on Scripture and the liturgical year as you gather the wisdom and strength to live out your day as a disciple of Jesus. Equally useful for group or individual prayer, Daily Prayer 2027’s easy-to-use format centres each day’s prayer on a Scripture reading from the daily Mass, along with the recitation of a psalm, reflection, intercessions, the Lord’s Prayer, and closing prayer.

Beginning with the First Sunday of Advent, November 29, 2026, and ending with the last day of the liturgical year, Saturday, November 27, 2027, the prayer on these pages will inspire readers and bring them to a deeper appreciation for the Word of God.

This year’s writers include: Kathleen Basi, Colleen Duggan, Lorraine Hess, Bob Hurd, and J. Michael Joncas.
